Meet the team behind Apex Carpentry & Building

Stuart Tredgett, Managing Director
Stuart created and owns Apex Carpentry & Building Ltd. As the business has grown, Stuart has ensured he has retained the “family culture” to all projects of any scale, ensuring customers get a bespoke service. Stuart left school, became a joiner and then a carpenter with an eye for detail. A few years (more than he cares to mention) later Stuart started Apex which became a limited company in 2003. Since then the business has gone from strength working on major renovations including conservation work, new builds, industrial buildings and general building services for both the public and private sector. In his spare time Stuart is a family man who enjoys cooking and keeping fit outdoors.

Amy has worked for the family business since April 2011, and has developed her skills in advanced book keeping, (AAT Approved); health and safety (IOSH Certified); and secretarial skills. She runs our office including finance and payroll and is the health and safety advisor where she is also training to become a health and safety officer (NEBOSH). Amy loves to cook and spending time with her family visiting English Heritage sites.
