Formed in 2001, Apex Carpentry and Building Services Ltd is a successful family business, based out of Gamlingay, Cambridgeshire, and boast a strong track record, with a stunning portfolio of work. Apex is run by an experienced, professional team and headed up by proprietor Stuart Tredgett. Our projects range from full-scale renovations to modern home extensions, conversions and more modest property updates and makeovers. We are also industrial and commercial building contractors and are registered with Constuctionline; the UK’s largest Government-owned register of contractors and consultants for the construction industry.
Stuart Tredgett, Managing Director
Stuart created and owns Apex Carpentry & Building Ltd. As the business has grown, Stuart has ensured he has retained the “family culture” to all projects of any scale, ensuring customers get a bespoke service. Stuart left school, became a joiner and then a carpenter with an eye for detail. A few years (more than he cares to mention) later Stuart started Apex which became a limited company in 2003. Since then the business has gone from strength working on major renovations including conservation work, new builds, industrial buildings and general building services for both the public and private sector. In his spare time Stuart is a family man who enjoys cooking and keeping fit outdoors.
